Being a recruitment company, e-Frontiers is aware of our importance in supporting talent in their career paths and providing high-skilled human resources for companies in various industries. Our focus is built around the following five core values in everything we do.
Showing respect
Respect is the foundation of a healthy relationship. When engaging with clients in relation to their requirements or listening to our candidates’ wishes, the respect we show to both sides enables us to give the right support to all sides throughout the recruitment process.
Winning together
Our “winning together” value drives us to focus on the quality of our services to benefit all parties. Our candidates have been interviewed and selected by our recruitment experts to ensure that they are best suited to the requirements of employers. This helps in-house HR teams and hiring managers save time in searching and screening the right candidates. The people at e-Frontiers are not just “headhunters”, they are a partner to both job-hunters and companies.
Resilience
The resilience value helps us to constantly develop in the recruitment market. e-Frontiers are willing to change, adapt and build agile teams and processes. It allows us to not only respond quickly to challenging situations at any stage of the recruitment process.
Responsiveness
Along with our practical knowledge in technology and business fields, we understand that in recruitment, quality responsiveness is an integral part – quality and accurate response is as important as a speedy one. With our up-to-date tools and our personal touch via our experienced recruiters, we are confident to offer positive and on-time responses to our clients and candidate requests.
Positive energy
e-Frontiers was established and operated by genuine and passionate people, with domain expertise in all resource requirements we are working on. We have built up a team of employees with a “can-do” attitude. This value radiates energy to everyone in the recruitment process This honest, positive energy spreads and contributes to the success of our partners, clients and candidates.

In 2016, Patrick‘s friends were working for the Red Cross in Ireland helping build an application for the homeless. They required an IT resource and asked e-Frontiers to help find professional IT engineers to join the team. John O’Neill successfully placed a great person free of charge for this important role in building the app for the Red Cross in Ireland.
We continue to work with the Red Cross in Ireland by supporting refugees and asylum seekers to get into the job market once they have been approved by the Irish Government.

The e-Frontiers partnership with Wicklow GAA commenced in June 2015. We are specifically supporting their u16 Development squad via the Garden County Academy (GCA). The GCA was set-up to provide the Wicklow stars of the future with best in class game development opportunities. This includes coaching, strength and conditioning, nutrition and life coaching.
The GCA initiative is a determined and organised group with ambition. e-Frontiers are delighted to be assisting in developing their players with the aim of maximizing the potential within the county.
As proud sponsors of the Garden County Academy (GCA) U16 squads we are assisting talent and building the foundation for future success

e-Frontiers has always recognised the importance of having a positive influence on social, economic and environmental factors. We have planned and implemented some corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for many years which aim to involve e-Frontiers in meaningful activities for our society. Our CSR journey started by way of becoming the main sponsors of Thurles Sarsfield GAA club and Wicklow GAA Garden Academy, both of whom mean allot to e-Frontiers. As we continue to grow so does our desire to make an impact outside of sport as part of our CSR strategy. A natural partnership is now in place with the Red Cross of Ireland and the Open Doors Initiative.
e-Frontiers was the 15th member of the Open Doors Initiative which was launched in September 2018. The numbers grow fast. There are 23 company members and many more supporting partners.

So why did we join the Open Doors Initiative?
It was a very simple decision really and becoming a member of the Open Doors Initiative was a very natural choice for e-Frontiers. As with most Irish companies, our staff come from a wide range of backgrounds just like the 3 demographics that the ODI aims to help. Our commitment to the ODI is to support long-term youth unemployed, refugees and asylum seekers and people with disabilities on their journey to try and enter into employment. As a career support company, we will do our best to make a change in their lives and community.
At the Open Doors Initiative, e-Frontiers is a key member and the first point of contact for candidates who apply through the website https://www.opendoorsinitiative.ie/. With over 14 years of experience as helping companies and candidates within the IT, Business and Medical realms, we commit to helping Open Door Initiative candidates by reviewing their CV, improving it, forwarding to appropriate employers, giving advice and supporting them along the application and interview process. We are also trying to be strong advocates for this initiative as we continue to spread the word through our clients, partners and connections. For instance, our partner ICON Accounting has recently become a member of the Open Doors Initiative and together we continue to support people.

We believe that a small-scale enterprise with big intentions can create a great change in society.
Please come and talk to us and we can share our stories from our involvement in the Open Doors Initiative and trust us that this is something that is extremely rewarding for companies – no matter how big or small we can make a difference.
