Kenneth O’Connor is an experienced recruitment professional bringing 10 years of experience in both recruitment and tech sales. Kenneth currently leads the e-Frontiers Contracting division helping our clients with their resourcing requirements. Kenneth also manages e-Frontiers UK helping e-Frontiers clients secure the talent required to drive their growth plans. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick and is the Vice-Chair of the London Irish Business Society.

Kenneth’s area of expertise covers all areas of Contract Recruitment across the full IT Lifecycle, Business Development and Account management.

Tommy Kavanagh works on our international team and is responsible for the North American region of our business. Tommy’s North America focus is on a number of key resourcing areas across Financial Services, FinTech, Consulting, and Construction.

Tommy’s role includes Business Development in line with our focus areas, Account Management of active clients, and leading the recruitment offering for the region.

Ana is an Recruitment Consultant with e-Frontiers. She is part of the Permanent IT Recruitment Team in Madrid. She holds a degree in Pedagogy (UCM) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources (UCJC). Ana is focused on Java candidates to bring the best quality to our clients. Her mission is to connect talented Software Engineers with different clients, from start-up companies to big multinationals.
