Brendan is co-founder and Managing Director of e-Frontiers. Prior to setting up e-Frontiers, Brendan worked at VISION Consulting for over 11 years having joined as a graduate. With VISION Consulting he delivered IT consultancy expertise from programming, analysis, business design through to project and programme management across numerous industry sectors including financial services, insurance, telecoms and sports/entertainment. Brendan holds a B.Comm (UCD), MBS (Smurfit School of Business – UCD) and a Diploma in IT (NUI Maynooth).
Patrick is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers and has over 14 years commercial IT experience. Patrick’s experience has mainly been consultancy (technical and analysis) based working within various industries, such as Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Retail and Change Management . He was worked on numerous projects with specific focus around the data aspect of projects. Projects involved dealing with large amounts of data, data modelling, performance tuning, ETL processes and BI Reporting needs. His roles included those of senior developer, technical lead and systems analyst to project manager on many projects.
Kenneth O’Connor is an experienced recruitment professional bringing 10 years of experience in both recruitment and tech sales. Kenneth currently leads the e-Frontiers Contracting division helping our clients with their resourcing requirements. Kenneth also manages e-Frontiers UK helping e-Frontiers clients secure the talent required to drive their growth plans. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick and is the Vice-Chair of the London Irish Business Society.

Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager in e-Frontiers. With over 10 years of work experience in Recruitment and Customer Service, Alexandra is responsible for implementing and driving efficient recruitment practices across IT and Business areas within Ireland, UK and Romania. She is currently leading an excellent team of 12 Recruiters focusing on continuous improvement and career development, helping them maximize their candidate sourcing and placing potential across the full breadth of IT and Business roles. Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge in recruitment best practices, holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Business and Project Management, and has managed recruitment teams for the last 4 years. Alexandra’s areas of expertise include DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Release Management, and Solution Architecture.
Tommy Kavanagh works on our international team and is responsible for the North American region of our business. Tommy’s North America focus is on a number of key resourcing areas across Financial Services, FinTech, Consulting, and Construction.
Tommy’s role includes Business Development in line with our focus areas, Account Management of active clients, and leading the recruitment offering for the region.
Teresa is the Team Lead of the Spanish office and an exceptional Senior Recruitment Consultant. She has been in e-Frontiers for years and she brings international HR experience as she lived and worked in Germany for some years.

Derek joined e-Frontiers as a Technical Resourcer / Recruiter beginning his career here as a recruitment professional, he is now working as a Principal Recruitment Consultant. Derek has a number of years of sales and customer-facing experience working in the Retail Sector. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from Athlone Institute of Technology.
Derek is part of the permanent Software Engineering, Data, and Test team where he focuses on anything data, full-stack, and frontend related.
