Patrick is co-founder and Director of e-Frontiers and has over 14 years commercial IT experience. Patrick’s experience has mainly been consultancy (technical and analysis) based working within various industries, such as Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Retail and Change Management . He was worked on numerous projects with specific focus around the data aspect of projects. Projects involved dealing with large amounts of data, data modelling, performance tuning, ETL processes and BI Reporting needs. His roles included those of senior developer, technical lead and systems analyst to project manager on many projects.

Alexandra Pop is the Recruitment Operations Manager in e-Frontiers. With over 10 years of work experience in Recruitment and Customer Service, Alexandra is responsible for implementing and driving efficient recruitment practices across IT and Business areas within Ireland, UK and Romania. She is currently leading an excellent team of 12 Recruiters focusing on continuous improvement and career development, helping them maximize their candidate sourcing and placing potential across the full breadth of IT and Business roles. Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge in recruitment best practices, holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Business and Project Management, and has managed recruitment teams for the last 4 years. Alexandra’s areas of expertise include DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Release Management, and Solution Architecture.

Derek joined e-Frontiers as a Technical Resourcer / Recruiter beginning his career here as a recruitment professional, he is now working as a Principal Recruitment Consultant. Derek has a number of years of sales and customer-facing experience working in the Retail Sector. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from Athlone Institute of Technology.

Derek is part of the permanent Software Engineering, Data, and Test team where he focuses on anything data, full-stack, and frontend related.

Trish is a professional IT Recruiter with over 15 years in IT and Management Recruitment. She Diploma in Business Studies from Michael Smurfit UCD and a Degree in Sociology from National College of Ireland, Certificate in Industrial Law.

She is in charge of the Project Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Automation Test, and Manual Test roles.

Anca is a Principal Recruitment Consultant and brings value to both candidates and clients by offering end-to-end services. Anca has a track record of hiring Software Engineers for a range of clients from start-up companies to large multinationals across multiple industries. Anca offers support to her candidates to succeed in their interviewing process for both contract and permanent positions and match their skills with her clients’ requirements. Anca holds a Degree in Social Work and with her extensive background in customer service, she focuses on providing excellent customer service for clients and candidates.

John is one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants in the Technical Infrastructure Division of e-Frontiers and has been with the company since 2012. John brings almost 18 years of recruitment experience to the e-Frontiers team having previously worked for one of Ireland’s biggest recruitment companies. He has worked with many of Ireland’s leading IT companies and has experience in sourcing technical candidates across all levels. He has also gained valuable on-site client recruitment experience from various recruitment projects. John studied Business Studies at Dublin Business School. He prides himself on his professional and logical approach to recruitment.

John’s main areas of expertise include Infrastructure Support, Cyber Security, IT Service Delivery, Linux Engineers, Azure & AWS Cloud Engineers, Network Engineers, and any other role types that fall into the Infrastructure Support area.

Jehona Jashari is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at e-Frontiers with experience recruiting on a national and international basis across all levels.
Jehona possesses great language and communication skills, bilingual Albanian and Norwegian, fluent English, German, and business proficiency in Swedish and Danish.
With many years’ experience in customer-facing roles and the last 5 years in recruitment, she values and focuses on building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates and providing a great experience along the process.

She is in charge of the Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, and Human Resources roles.

Elisa Cullen is a Recruitment Consultant at e-Frontiers based in Dublin, Ireland. She completed her undergraduate degree in International languages (Spanish & French) at University College Dublin in 2017. She gained her first experience as an Account Manager and then as a Buyer. Her many years of experience working in customer-facing roles allows me to bring a personable approach to her work as a recruiter. Elisa is currently in charge of the Product Managers/Owners, RPA Specialists, Mobile Developers, Tech Writers/Content Developers, and UX/UI Product Designers roles for companies in a variety of different industries and sizes.

Joining e-Frontiers in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant Laura has brought her friendly and caring personality to the job helping candidates find their ideal roles. She has many years of sales and customer-facing experience within the retail sector. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from University College Cork in Early Years and Childhood Studies.

In the past 2 years, she has worked in many areas of IT and now specializes in matching candidates’ skills to clients’ requirements in the areas of Software Engineering, Software Development, and Testing.

David joined e-Frontiers as a Recruitment Consultant based in Ireland. Along with his degree in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University (DCU), he has plenty of experience in this field having worked pitch side with various sports teams such as Wolverhampton Wanders Football Club where he had his mandatory placement. As well as this, he holds experience in the retail and hospitality sectors and is looking forward to the new challenge of working in a different environment and feels he will be of great benefit to the e-Frontiers team.
