Our client, a global financial services organization with their HQ in Belfast and other offices globally, is looking for a junior HR to support the team on general HR task as well as ad-hoc projects within the overall business.
You will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Assisting the HR team on various projects
- Assisting on HR admin tasks
- Manage projects on an ongoing basis
- Assisting on Recruitment and graduate programs
- Working closely together with different business functions - Tech/Operations etc.
