I’m on the lookout for a Bid Coordinator!

This is a permanent job opportunity based in South Dublin. In this position you will report to Bid Manager.


The successful candidate will

  • Support and co-ordinate the bidding process
  • Support in the preparation of tenders/bids, response documents through to submission
  • Measure and report on tender submission status
  • Develop an effective tender information library
  • Scheduling the bid strategy meetings

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Focus on attention to detail
  • Great Time Management skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Self-starter able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to think on feet and prioritise competing priorities
  • High integrity, strong attachment to the task
