IT Service Desk Analyst

As part of our IT Service Desk team you will be adding value to the firm by supporting all areas across the partnership. This is a blended role of Service Desk phone support, Desktop Support and System Administration. About the Role ? Providing dedicated first and second level support to users across the firm through telephone support, desk-side assistance and remote control software. ? Providing day to day support of all aspects of the firm’s telecoms systems. ? Supporting customers on a variety of technologies including: Desktop / Laptop, Windows 10, Office (including email), internet, document management support and mobile devices. ? Working within a flexible schedule providing support. ? Participating on the on-call rotation to provide emergency support on a weekly basis, 24 hour on call support on weekends and public holidays. About the Person Technical Skills ? You have experience of working with Incident Management Systems; ? You have a strong focus on IT Asset Management; ? You demonstrate an appreciation for applications, printing and internet technologies; ? You are experienced in MS Office 2010 / 2016, Document Management Systems specifically Autonomy iManage and Financial Systems; ? You have previous experience in configuring and managing mobile devices; ? Some previous experience of server support an advantage but not essential (Active Directory, Exchange); ? You have a minimum of two years’ experience on an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support Team; ? You hold a relevant IT qualification(s) – eg Microsoft Certifications / ITIL Foundation Course; ? Experience of working in a corporate environment is an advantage but not essential. Soft Skills 2 29022329.1 ? You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ?
