Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong analsyis background and operating model design. Experience in scoping, setting up leading, and influencing solutions workshops to achieve best outcome. Strong stakeholder management. Ideally organisational design change. Defining detailed objectives, scopes, and requirements/ Co-ordinate analysis and solution design activities, including gap analyses options and recommendations. Capture and update artefacts for changes and modifications.
