Process Engineer
Insurance Sector
600 per day


The candidates must have:

  1. Extensive Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience (the process engineers and project managers must be Black Belts)
  2. Extensive Insurance experience
  3. Experience in the Property and Casualty sector of Insurance a nice to have or Insurance Sector experience.



  • Use proven methodologies to deliver solutions for new process design and/or existing process improvements
  • Serve as SME for a variety of process design and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead workstreams as part of process diagnostics and design to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across end-to-end value streams
  • Work alongside team members from the business to understand the current situation, identify drivers for improvement, analyse root causes of performance gaps, and redesign end-to-end processes that meet business and customer needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure upstream enablers and downstream impacts are comprehensively considered
  • Use data to validate solutions and provide tangible evidence for bottom-line impacts

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in the Insurance sector, particularly in the Property and Casualty space
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry and/or with Customer Journey Mapping & Facilitation a plus but not required
