Business Process Analyst
Rate 600-650 per day

Must haves 

The candidates must have:

  1. Extensive Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience 
  2. Extensive Insurance experience
  3. Experience in the Property and Casualty sector of Insurance a nice to have 


  • Reviews, analyses and evaluates complex business processes, data and stakeholder needs.
  • Initiates business process improvements across a wide range of processes, systems and business areas.
  • Resolves highly complex issues escalated by business team or stakeholders.
  • Manage and successfully deliver moderately complex projects.
  • Defines scope, objectives and business requirements for projects.
  • Assists in defining and designing process solutions to complex business problems.
  • Implements, modifies and maintains complex business processes and procedures.
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to identify, document, assess and prioritise business needs.
  • Completes process documentation, provides training and performs quality reviews.
  • Provides user acceptance testing support to project implementations.
  • operational environment.
  • Prepare or participate in the preparation of proposals to develop new processes, systems and/or operational changes.

Required competencies:

  • The candidate must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving, analytic, communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • This position requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, professional and concise manner.
  • Demonstrates his/her general domain knowledge in insurance, (P&C) and expertise in business process improvement.
  • Ensures efficient and timely delivery of tasks. Plans ahead to complete assigned work given constraints such as time and business priorities, performs duties independently with general latitude for judgment and with a focus on high quality.
  • Has a positive attitude, exhibits appropriate professionalism and works well in collaborative teams
  • Is detail oriented, pro-active, efficient, and customer-focused.


  • 3+ years Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Process improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Advanced levels of analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
