Senior Software Engineering Manager – JavaScript – People & Hands-on

Our client is looking for a Software Engineering Manager with excellent leadership and strong JavaScript knowledge.
You will be the technical guide of the department, mentoring team members in best practices and ensuring the overall quality of the delivery.
You will make sure all different teams are aligned and you will also plan and architect the tech for new app features.
You will be hands on for approximately 50% of your time

Requirements:
8+ years of hands on development experience, ideally FullStack Web Development including best coding and testing practices.
JavaScript (React, Angular or VueJS) and some backend languages (nodeJs preferred, .NET, Java, etc…)
Extensive experience managing teams and people. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Fluent English and outstanding communication skills (written and oral) especially in understanding requirements and explaining technical or complex concepts.
