Support Engineer

We're looking for a Support Engineer to join an international product development company. Developing one of the biggest CMS in the market, you will join a product team distributed around the globe.

What will you do?
- Managing and solving technical issues among the clients
- Troubleshooting with other departments to find the best solutions to bugs and incidents
- Proactive collaboration with other teams
- Documentation

What do you need to succeed?
- Coding skills, preferably on Frontend technologies
- Expertise in multiple frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue
- Management systems: Git, Jira or others
- Good English level
