Business Analyst 3 – 5 Years.

- Ability to engage with various business stakeholders to identify, understand and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions and/or business process change.

- Thinks outside the box when required to solve new challenges.
- Able to clearly articulate complex ideas and requirements in concise language (written and verbal)

- Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines.
- High degree of competence in Business Analysis and understanding how to drive deliverables with minimum management oversight.
- Experience of financial services regulations and regulatory environments and market environments.
- Experience of the full project lifecycle from initial concept to implementation
- Experience of running workshops with key stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering.
- Experience writing detailed BRD’s in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience of Agile Methodology – User Stories, Scrum, Kanban, Sprints etc and the role of a BA in an Agile Environment

- 1. Relevant professional qualification in Business Analysis e.g PMI-PBA PMI Professional in Business Analysis
Specialised Role Details.
- You will be an expert in one or more areas of Finance, Data, IT, Quality Assurance (adapt to Role) within the funds/Insurance/Banking/Regulatory
- Manage and lead teams on projects and work with other areas of the consulting business to deliver high quality client services.
- You will be responsible to the delivery of IT/ Change/ Data/ Quality Assurance projects through methodologies such as as Agile, Scrum/ Kanban and traditional waterfall when required, leveraging your domain knowledge and sector experience.
- You will create high quality work products and act as a subject matter expert on one or more services to advise our clients how to achieve their project objectives.
- Take responsibility for the mobilisation of delivery projects and dependencies bring them to realisation within agreed timelines.
- Help form teams to bring projects from initial scope, providing advice on requirements to final realisation.
- Ability to identify and assess risk, to communicate and adapt accordingly.
