This is a hands on Principal Data Engineer position, in which you will work closely with the team and stakeholders. You will be given plenty of responsibility and autonomy to succeed in this role, which in turn will help develop your career.

What do I need to bring?

• Knowledge in data movement capabilities including, data streaming, data replication and change data capture.  
• In-depth technical knowledge of engineering data services using replication technologies (e.g. GoldenGate, Debezium, Striim) and a heterogenous data environment with a passion for driving effective integration
• A passion for working with the Change Data Capture community
• Experience in building and deploying data movement solutions in and/or AWS / Azure
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and principles
• Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment.
• Passion for the DevOps culture.
• Passion for continuous learning.
