Process Engineer (lean six sigma)

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt certification.

Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Use proven methodologies to deliver solutions for new process design and/or existing process improvements
- Serve as SME for a variety of process design and process improvement initiatives
- Lead workstreams as part of process diagnostics and design to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across end-to-end value streams
- Work alongside team members from the business to understand the current situation, identify drivers for improvement, analyse root causes of performance gaps, and redesign end-to-end processes that meet business and customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure upstream enablers and downstream impacts are comprehensively considered
- Use data to validate solutions and provide tangible evidence for bottom-line impacts

Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience in the Insurance sector, particularly in the Property and Casualty space
- Experience in the Insurance Industry and/or with Customer Journey Mapping & Facilitation a plus but not required
