Job: Business Operations Associate
Location: Tullamore, Offaly
Salary: 35-40k, depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join their team in the Tullamore office. Reporting to the Director of Global Operations, you will assist in the smooth running of the global operations function.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Service Manager and Director of Global Operations to optimize processes and documentation
  • Manage supplier invoicing and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee Operations document storage and departmental communication
  • Coordinate facilities staff and scheduled maintenance and repairs
  • Administer supply chain operations, including shipping and ordering
  • Welcome visitors, arrange catering, and manage meeting room facilities
  • Ensure professional organization for all client meetings
  • Manage office supplies and kitchen inventory
  • Lead Health and Safety team, coordinate training and audits
  • Maintain fire safety standards and lead drills
  • Support company standards and policies
  • Liaise with telephony and IT suppliers to maintain service levels
You:
  • Degree or higher level equivalent education
  • Experienced in working within a fast growing business and process improvement
  • Experience with inventory management, database and software
  • Experience with using SaaS platforms such as Jira, Teams etc
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with shifting priorities
