Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central

We are looking for a Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central for my clients expanding Dynamics 365 ERP delivery function. This is a permanent opportunity and fully remote.
About the role:
You will work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. This function also interacts with our other functions for project delivery, quality assurance and business as usual support teams.
Your Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation (essential)
• Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
• Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
• Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
• Change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
• Microsoft Technologies; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, Azure / Cloud concepts knowledge
• Provide consulting services and support to Business Central clients

• Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision, NAV etc.) implementation experience (essential)
• Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
• A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
