Revenue Operations Manager
Our client, an award winning, high growth AI and machine learning startup are looking for a revenue operations manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for optimizing sales, marketing, and customer support processes. You will help the senior management team execute on the overall go to market strategy.
- Manage and optimize the sales, marketing, and customer success technology stack
- Streamline and optimize revenue-related processes, such as lead generation, sales qualification, and customer onboarding, to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collect and analyze revenue-related data, such as customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing ROI, to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue-generating activities with business goals, and to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams
- Develop and manage performance metrics for revenue-generating activities, such as lead conversion rates, customer retention rates, and customer lifetime value, to ensure that the revenue team is performing at its best
- Forecast revenue and develop revenue plans, ensuring that revenue targets are aligned with overall business goals

- Experience in revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing and optimising CRM and related tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with revenue-related data and analytics tools
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through operational excellence and process optimization
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and best practices in a B2B SaaS environment
