Agile Delivery Manager
6-12 month contract
Remote - but must be able to travel to Poland and Switzerland
600-620 per day outside IR35
5-8 years of experience in Agile delivery management, specifically within large organizations involving multiple Agile development teams
Lead successful delivery for all project initiatives and project teams within one of 6 value streams. Drive and manage multiple project managers leading project teams. Create and maintain roadmaps, set benchmarks, and pinpoint risks. Generate/agree necessary metrics for the value stream and the measurement of progress and the delivery of value. Support product owners with requirements gathering and agile activities as needed. Coach team members and other stakeholders in Agile best practices, as needed. Work with Programme stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of Agile Ways of working to the organization, including providing input and direction to help establish standards and procedures. resolve and escalate impediments. Prepare for and participate in key events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews. Maintain robust stakeholder and supplier relationships, manage their expectations, and act as their primary contact. Efficiently communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Adapt project strategies to accommodate any shifts in circumstances. Manage multiple responsibilities and guarantee timely, within-budget project delivery. Utilize Scaled Agile methodology for effective project management. Infuse the team with an innovative mindset, always seeking new avenues for process improvement and efficient project delivery.
