Rate: £600 per day

I am #hiring a Solution Architect. Make a difference in transforming the aerospace industry! 

Responsibilities:

• Be the MES Subject Matter Expert, guiding integration with SAP, PLM, and other systems.
• Advise manufacturing plants on adopting MES aligned with their business processes.
• Develop user training guides and deliver engaging sessions during adoption and post-implementation.
• Collaborate with clients, Siemens, and cross-functional teams.
• Resolve user queries and defects using problem-solving skills.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and support.
• Provide out-of-hours support during critical Go-Live periods.
• Contribute to DevOps process improvements.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of Solution Architect experience, including 10+ years in global manufacturing.
• Expertise in Siemens SIMATIC IT, MES implementation, and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of MES business processes, SAP, PLM, and manufacturing operations.
• Analytical mindset and ability to address complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Track record of successful project delivery.
