We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our client; a fast-growing, ambitious, and highly successful software security company operating in the cybersecurity space.
Responsibilities:
• Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
• Coordinate project tasks associated with the delivery of new applications, systems, and solutions.
• Support system enhancements in line with business objectives.
• Provide Level 3 support on CRM system and Billing tool.
• Support users change requests for customizations to applications.
• Build and maintain integration workflows within key systems.
• Assist in the administration of key systems where necessary to ensure good data governance.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.
• Assist key stakeholders with the development of reports.
• Provide support to application developers & support team.
• Work with vendors to maintain systems.
• Implement new integration solutions to deliver ecommerce solutions.
• Create onboarding documentation to enable user training.
Experience Required
• 3+ years’ experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role
• CRM systems experience an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
• Technical background essential
• Experience with DB tools to analyse data
