Seeking Consultants- Banking experience – Multiple Roles Available

We are working with a consulting company on a Banking transformation project. We have multiple jobs available in  development, change and transformation, project management, business analysis, risk and compliance.
These are daily rate contract jobs with opportunity to extend, that require previous work experience in the Irish Banking Sector. 

Position: Consultant (Multiple Roles Available)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives in areas such as development, change and transformation, project management, business analysis, risk and compliance.
• Execute consulting projects in your area of expertise, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
• Drive development initiatives, leveraging your technical skills to create innovative solutions for our clients.
• Lead change and transformation efforts, guiding organizations through successful transitions and delivering tangible results.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement risk and compliance strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating potential risks for our clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a banking consultant in one or more of the following areas: development, change and transformation, project management, business analysis, risk and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the Irish banking industry, its operations, products, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving consulting environment.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in your area of expertise are a plus.
