Agile Delivery Manager- Payment Solutions

Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager to join on a daily rate contract basis.  As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing deliveries for the  Technology Product Value Streams Portfolios, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
This is a daily rate contract that will suit someone with experience in Delivery Payment Solutions in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive the successful delivery of product releases, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational targets.
• Monitor and control activities, providing regular reports to both technology and product teams.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to develop and execute effective plans.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Implement best practices for reporting and communication, utilizing recommended tooling.
• Adhere to industry standards, delivery management procedures, and practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues, implementing appropriate actions.
• Embrace change initiatives and champion a product-centric delivery ethos.
• Manage delivery costs, including estimation, cost definition, risk assessment, dependency management, and ongoing cost management.
• Ensure deliverables align with priorities, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Generate accurate delivery progress reports that are accessible and comprehensible at all levels within the organization, utilizing the PCD reporting framework.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and operations managers to identify and deliver business value.
• Collaborate with UI/UX development, Feature Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Jira, Confluence, PCI compliance, PSD2 compliance, GDPR compliance, and financial departments.
