Frontend Tech Lead – Innovative UI & UX Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Frontend Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team focused on evolving and innovating our user interface at an exciting tech company. As we embark on a journey to rework our current UI integration and create a cutting-edge design system, we are looking for a leader who can guide our Frontend team and help shape the architectural direction of our product and loves to continue to be involved in development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our Design Team, PM team, and technical experts across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and cross-department initiatives.
• Provide servant leadership, empowering and motivating your team to achieve their full potential. Mentor and coach engineers, encourage skill growth and expertise, and drive innovation.
• Embrace a customer-centric approach, focusing on outcome-driven development and continuous improvement.
• Lead the hiring and expansion efforts of our globally distributed team, driving growth and ensuring the team's success.
• Take charge of the future of our UI by driving architectural decisions and specifications, leveraging your technical experience and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster innovation and push technical boundaries, inspiring your team to create groundbreaking solutions.

• Extensive experience and expertise in Frontend technologies and architecture within large-scale applications.
• In-depth understanding of core web and browser concepts.
• Previous experience working with or alongside a Design System.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and practices.
• Operational experience in areas such as monitoring, metrics, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Java is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated progressive experience in a leadership role with current technical proficiency.
