Business Process Analyst
Location: Can be based in Dublin or Warsaw
Day rate 500-550 per day
We have a requirement in for 2 Business Analyst, with experience in process mapping, business requirements definition and customer journey mapping. Salesforce experience would be significant advantage. To drive out the design (ie not just scribing the business ask but challenging to improve the outcome). Looking to improve our processes and provide the requirements to the Product Area. Preference is for these BAs to be in Poland where our Ops Team is location, but Ireland or UK/EEA would also be acceptable, albeit with some travel to Warsaw.
