Agile 'Factory' Manager
6-12 month contract (project will be 3 years - extensions likely)
Outside IR35
Day rate circa 550-600 per day
Hybrid - remote mainly with some travel to Zurich and Krakow
We have a new requirement for an Agile ‘Factory’ Manager. This is for an expert in true agile to be able to educate, implement, facilitate and govern agile ways of working in a complex IT programme of work. It is a Digital Enablement Programme implementing new technologies and ways of working to enable the IT organisation to be more operationally efficient, customer focused and agile.
The programmes is likely to run for around 3 years, likely the client would want to contract initially for 6-9 months and extend beyond then as needed. It would be hybrid working with a global team and would likely need to travel to Krakow or Zurich every so often.
