She is currently leading an excellent team of 12 Recruiters focusing on continuous improvement and career development, helping them maximize their candidate sourcing and placing potential across the full breadth of IT and Business roles. Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge in recruitment best practices, holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Business and Project Management, and has managed recruitment teams for the last 4 years.
